Is a Host Plan the same as a one-off Airbnb clean?
No. A one-off clean is intended for occasional or short-notice support. Host Plans are designed for recurring turnovers, agreed property instructions and longer-term cooperation.
Do you publish a fixed monthly price?
No. The proposal depends on the number and size of properties, turnover frequency, locations, access arrangements and selected services. This prevents hosts from paying for services they do not need.
Can I request support for several properties?
Yes. Add the number of properties and relevant locations to the intake form. We will assess planning and coordination as part of the proposal.
Can linen, towels and beds be included?
Yes, these can be included depending on the selected plan and agreed operating process. The host intake form asks which guest-preparation services you need.
Do you offer key handling?
A suitable key-access or key-handling arrangement can be discussed for recurring clients. The exact process must be agreed before the service begins.
Can you restock guest supplies?
Restocking from owner-provided supplies can be included. We agree which items should be checked, where stock is stored and how low-stock situations are reported.
Do Host Plans include emergency support?
Priority or short-notice support can be included in suitable plans, but appointments always depend on team availability, location and the time required.
