Property Management Cleaning Checklist Barcelona

Managing cleaning across several properties is easier when each address has a clear scope and a named contact. A portfolio-wide request should still explain the differences between properties, rather than treating every visit as identical.

Create a property-by-property brief

  • Address, approximate square metres and number of bathrooms.
  • Whether the property will be occupied or empty.
  • Floor materials and any surfaces needing particular care.
  • Current condition and the purpose of the visit.
  • Required date, access window and the person coordinating the handover.

Distinguish the type of visit

A recurring clean, rental handover and clean after works can involve different tasks. State which service is required for each property. List extras separately and identify items such as linen, consumables or waste handling that need an explicit arrangement.

Coordinate access

Explain how keys will be handed over and who can resolve an access problem. Keep alarm codes and other sensitive instructions out of general uploads. If tenants or guests are present, agree how access and timing will be coordinated before the visit.

Set reporting expectations

If you need completion photographs, an issue log or a handover checklist, request this in advance. Explain where reports should go and which information is necessary. Photographs should avoid residents’ belongings and personal information wherever possible.

Send a clear portfolio request

Select property management cleaning in the business quote form. The dedicated question lets you describe the number of properties, locations, turnover schedule, occupancy and reporting needs. Add a floor plan or photographs only if they help explain the work. Discuss changes to the scope before adding work to an agreed visit.
