Schedule cleaning after emptying and before the final inspection or key handover.

Cleaning can improve the presentation of an empty property, but it cannot repair damage, remove permanent wear or guarantee a landlord's decision about a deposit.

Does the property really have to be empty?
Yes. The Move-Out package is only suitable after furniture, boxes, food, waste and personal belongings have been removed. Fixed cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and the refrigerator must also be empty.
Are one oven and one refrigerator included?
Yes. One standard oven and one empty, defrosted refrigerator are cleaned inside and outside. Additional appliances must be selected separately.
Are kitchen cupboards cleaned inside?
Yes, but only when they are completely empty. The team does not remove, organise or replace stored items.
Are windows included?
Accessible window sills and frames are included within the standard scope. Interior or additional window cleaning should be selected separately in the calculator when required.
Does professional cleaning guarantee my deposit?
No. CleanoPro completes the agreed cleaning scope, but cannot guarantee a landlord's decision or the return of a deposit. Damage, repairs, wear and contractual issues remain separate.
