Does the property have to be empty?
Yes. This Move-Out package is only available when furniture, boxes, waste, food and personal belongings have been removed. Cupboards, drawers, wardrobes and the refrigerator must also be empty.
Are the oven and refrigerator included?
Yes. Cleaning one standard oven and one empty, defrosted refrigerator inside and outside is included. Extra appliances must be added separately in the calculator.
Are kitchen cupboards cleaned inside?
Yes, the interiors of kitchen cupboards and drawers are included when they are completely empty. Our team does not remove, organise or replace stored items.
Does the service guarantee the return of my deposit?
No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord's decision or the return of a deposit. CleanoPro completes the agreed cleaning scope, but damage, repairs, wear and contractual matters remain separate.
Are windows included?
Window sills and accessible frames are cleaned within the standard scope. Select interior or additional window cleaning in the calculator when available and required.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
Our team normally brings the products and equipment required for the agreed service. Water and electricity must be available at the property.
Which Barcelona postcodes can book online?
Standard online booking is intended for Barcelona postcodes 08001 through 08042. Addresses outside this range require an individual availability check.
